Nicotine
addiction is a serious dependency which requires
a serious approach
Each time you try
to stop smoking and fail, it becomes more difficult.
Physically your body
builds up a resistance and psychologically you
begin to see yourself as a failure - someone who
cannot beat the addiction.
While some people can stop without
assistance, they are in the minority. Most
people need help and support.
Stop smoking in eight weeks and never smoke
again!
"Compared to other addictions,
smokers who want to quit receive less support and
less sympathy than any other addicts. Yet nicotine
addiction is one of the most difficult addictions
to beat. I smoked from the age of 16 and 'quit' smoking
many times, always to start again after a few months.
Only with the help of natural remedies and lifestyle
changes could I stop permanently. I haven't had a
cigarette in 5 years. Follow the same steps as I
did and you can do it too!"- Michele

How does
the Stop Smoking UltraPack Work?
STEP ONE: (Four
Weeks)
Preparation is important!! Determine
your Quit Date!
Start using Rx-Hale Tablets
one month before your Quit Date to prevent
depression and anxiety and to stabilize blood sugar
levels and prevent weight gain.
Start an exercise program and/or start
a new hobby. Identify 'vulnerable' areas and change
these while still smoking normally.
STEP TWO: (Four
Weeks)
Quit Date arrives! Throw
away, trash or burn all cigarettes, ashtrays, lighters
and anything associated with smoking! Continue with
exercise program, hobby, and Rx-Hale Tablets.
Use Crave Rx Drops three to
six times daily to reduce nicotine craving,
control appetite and prevent the weight gain often
associated with quitting.
If you experience mood swings
or a 'short fuse syndrome', suck Triple Complex
NicoTonic Tablets when needed to reduce
restlessness, bad mood and agitation.
Reward yourself at the end of this
month with a gift equal in value to what you would
have spent on cigarettes.
STEP THREE:
Now you are a Non-Smoker, maintenance
is essential!!
Physical addiction to most substances
is 'cured' after 3 or 4 weeks. Now you have to overcome
the psychological addiction!
Continue with Rx-Hale Tablets and Crave
Rx Drops for at least 2 months. Don't
let your exercise program slip. If you feel restless
or irritable, suck a Triple Complex NicoTonic
Tablet to calm yourself.
Be on guard all the time - 'only'
one cigarette is one cigarette too many for any
Quitter! Reward yourself at the end of
every month.
Celebrate your Quitting Anniversary every
month. Never give up giving up!
How has the Stop Smoking Program
helped others?
"As you asked us to write in and
tell you how it went, I wanted to share with you that
I have not smoked for 9 weeks now. Using the Rx-Hale
tablets for the first month before I stopped
really helped to prepare me. When the day came I was
ready and felt very confident. Like you said it was
not easy and I am grateful that you said that because
I expected to struggle, but this time my struggles
paid off - unlike other attempts. My worst enemy when
I tried before was my mood swings which ALWAYS took
me back to the cigarettes! I found that sucking the NicoTonic
tablets was so soothing and really helped
me to calm down. Where I am now, the craving is much
better and I think the addiction is gone. Now I don't
crave cigarettes but I still MISS them!!! I know I
have a long road ahead of me, but this is the first
time I feel like I will succeed. I still feel confident
and so much healthier and I want to recommend your
products and the program to ANYONE who wants to seriously
stop smoking." Monica Ann. |
